With volatile building materials prices, the answer to this question will change almost every week. The same elements that make a custom build so special—a one-of-a-kind home on an untouched piece of property—are also what makes this a difficult question to answer. As of January 2021, Homebuyers should anticipate a starting point of around $225 per square foot independent of the cost of the lot and utility connections.

Every custom home is different but anticipate that the process will take approximately a year from initial meeting to completion. From the time we break ground, the process takes about eight months. A variety of factors come into play, including the design process, engineering, permit acquisition, site development, and of course, mother nature.

Yes. Provided the lot is feasible for the project you envision after review from our architect, engineers and construction manager, we will be happy to build on your existing property.
